The three-document core
Articles of organization (the state says you exist), EIN letter CP 575 (the IRS knows you), operating agreement (who's authorized to open and sign). Some banks add a certificate of good standing for older LLCs.
What they check in the agreement
Member names matching IDs, management structure, and signing authority. Multi-member LLCs: banks may require all members present, or the agreement's explicit authorization for one member to act.
